Beam Development and Urban Development + Partners are teaming up to bring a six-story, cross-laminated timber creative office building to the parcel, which sits at the corner of Southeast MLK and Southeast Stark Street. The building, designed by Portland architecture firm Hacker, will be the latest in a string of office projects that are transforming the neighborhood away from its industrial roots and toward its creative office future."
