Situated on SE Water Avenue, across from the Morrison Bridgehead, the historic Water Avenue Planing Mills was transformed into the Water Avenue Commerce Center (WACC) in 2003.  Current ground-floor retailers include Boke Bowl, Bunk Bar, and Water Avenue Coffee. Upstairs offices are populated by a mix of creative companies leasing space dedicated to film production, concert promotion, web and graphic design, and software development. WACC’s central eastside location provides easy freeway access and a walkable distance to both Downtown and Central Eastside amenities.
