Water Avenue Commerce Center
Across the street from the Eastbank Commerce Center, the Water Avenue Commerce Center is an important development achievement in Beam’s greater vision for revitalizing the Central Eastside Industrial District. Beam acted as the developer and general contractor in the adaptive re-use of the previously underutilized 60,000 square foot former warehouse building. The final product of the adaptive re-use is creative flex-work space that is home to 22 businesses. The WACC is currently 100% leased. The adaptive re-use was done in a historically sensitive manner allowing for its placement on the National Register of Historic Places.
