Water Avenue Commerce Center
The Water Avenue Commerce Center, located just across the street from the Eastbank Commerce Center, is an important development in Beam’s greater vision for revitalizing the Central Eastside Industrial District. Beam acted as both developer and general contractor in the adaptive re-use of this previously underutilized, 60,000 square foot, former warehouse building. The end product of the WACC, is a creative flex-work space that is currently home to 22 businesses. This re-development project was executed in an historically sensitive manner, thereby facilitating it's placement on the National Register of Historic Places.
