Milepost 5: Studios

Milepost 5 is an adaptive re-use project located in Portland's Montavilla neighborhood. As acting developer, Beam has partnered with the Portland Affordable Housing Preservation Trust to redevelop the former Baptist Manor retirement community into an artist's live/work community.

The Studios, the second adaptive re-use project at Milepost 5, provides 95 rental apartments for artists, gallery and retail space, and EAT, a full service restaurant. This structure will also be placed on the National Register of Historic Places.
