Broadway Commerce Center, Eugene

Beam is well into it's historic redevelopment of the Center Court Building in Downtown Eugene,which has recently been renamed the 'Broadway Commerce Center'. Beam will act as developer in this historic adaptive reuse project, which will provide Downtown Eugene with new creative office space and retail.

Beam has assembled an excellent team for the redevelopment of the Broadway Commerce Center including: Ankrom Moisan Associated Architects, John Hyland Construction and DCI Engineers. Space will be available in the BCC beginning November 1, 2011.
