Downtown Eugene Redevelopment

Beam Development has recently purchased the Center Court Building, the Washburne Building and the Astir pit in Downtown Eugene. Beam will act as developer in the historic adaptive reuse of the Center Court Building that will provide Downtown Eugene with new creative office space and retail.

Beam will also construct a new building on the Astir pit. This redevelopment will create a hub of commercial and retail activity, and will breath new life into Downtown Eugene.

Beam has assembled an excellent team for the redevelopment of the Center Court building: Ankrom Moisan Associated Architects, John Hyland Construction and DCI Engineers.
