Eric Shoemaker

Eric has worked with BEAM since 2008 in various capacities, with an emphasis on leasing and development. Prior to joining BEAM, Eric spent the first part of his career as an investment banking analyst in New York and later as an asset manager for a Portland-based real estate investment company. Eric received his BA from Carleton College and his JD from Lewis & Clark Law School. He is an active member of the Oregon State Bar.
When not at work, Eric can most often be found near water, usually fishing. He is also the proud owner of a neurotic and slightly cross-eyed 5 yr old Labrador Retriever named Annabelle.
