Beam Development and Gaw Capital are collaborating on a new adaptive reuse project located in the emerging Old Town/Chinatown district in northwest Portland. The Mason Ehrman Annex renovation will turn the existing 30,000 sf warehouse building into creative office space and ground floor retail. The renovation will celebrate the historic character of this 1930’s warehouse, highlighting the exposed concrete and heavy timber structural elements, while introducing modern amenities that serve a new tenant mix. The renovation includes the completion of the phased seismic upgrade to the occupied Mason Ehrman tower.
